Sliding Scale Fees & Affordability

We believe that quality mental health care should be accessible—not a luxury.

If you’re currently uninsured, underinsured, or experiencing financial hardship, we offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments through our sliding scale program.

How It Works

Our standard session rate is $200. Sliding scale rates are adjusted based on your household income and financial situation.

Depending on eligibility, your session fee may be reduced to a percentage of the full rate:

  • Up to 70% off (lowest income tier)

  • Gradual adjustments based on income ranges

  • No discount applied at higher income levels

We’ll walk through this with you in a simple, respectful way—no guesswork or awkward conversations.

Who Qualifies

Sliding scale spots are designed for individuals who:

  • Do not have health insurance

  • Have limited out-of-network benefits

  • Are navigating financial constraints

If you have insurance, we’re happy to bill your plan. If there are out-of-pocket costs not covered, you may still be eligible for a reduced rate.

Availability

Sliding scale appointments are limited to ensure we can sustainably offer care to those who need it most.

  • Openings vary month-to-month

  • Priority is given based on financial need and availability

  • A short application is required

What to Expect

If you’re interested:

  1. Request a consultation or indicate interest when booking

  2. Complete a brief, confidential financial form

  3. We’ll review options and confirm your rate before starting

Our goal is to make this process transparent, respectful, and stress-free.
